From Gymnastics, to circus, to yoga, my path has been a lifelong exploration of strength, movement, and mindfulness.
Here, I'll share how my story shaped the way I teach, and how it can guide you on your own journey to transformation.

My Story

 

From a young age, movement has been at the heart of my life. I started my journey in artistic gymnastics at 7, dedicating myself to becoming a professional athlete. Over the years, I competed at professional levels and and developed a deep passion for movement and self expression. This drive eventually led me to become a national coach in Brazil, where I helped athletes achieve their dreams and unlock their full potential.

With a background in Physical Education and a Master's degree in Sports Training, I transitioned into the world of circus arts, performing on the most prestigious and biggest shows around the world. Throughout this journey, I developed a strong connection to both movement and mindset, learning the importance of resilience and self-belief.

Seeking a deeper sense of balance and connection, yoga entered my life and transformed my approach to well-being. I became a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) at Vikasa Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand, blending my knowledge of gymnastics and circus arts with mindfulness practices. Today, I combine my diverse background to help others build strength, flexibility, and confidence through yoga and movement.
