All sales of digital products — including pre-recorded video courses, downloadable content, and any other digital materials — are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on digital products once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted. This applies whether or not you have viewed any portion of the content.

2. Live Teaching (In-Person and Online, Not Pre-Recorded)
Live classes and workshops booked directly through this Website are non-refundable.
Where a live class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
3. 1-on-1 Coaching and Private Sessions
1-on-1 coaching and private sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
4. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Studios
Where the Website links to studios, retreats, or partners for in-person classes, those bookings are made directly with the third party and are subject to that party's own terms and refund policies. We are not responsible for refunds on bookings made outside of our Website.
