Our products and services are sold to adults. Purchases and account registration are for users aged 18 and over.

The Kids Movement Club provides content designed for children. It is purchased, held, and managed entirely by an adult parent or legal guardian. Specifically:

  • accounts may only be created and held by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who accepts our Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child; - we collect personal information (such as name, email address, and payment details) from the adult account holder only. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and you should not submit a child's name, photograph, or other personal details to us; - our classes are pre-recorded. There is no chat, messaging, profile, upload, or other interactive feature through which a child could submit personal information to us; - we do not knowingly communicate directly with children. All account and service communication is with the adult account holder.

Users under 18 may access general content on the Website with parental or guardian consent, but may not purchase products or book services without parental approval.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, or that a child has provided us personal information directly, we will delete it promptly. Some of our videos and images feature minors — for example, young gymnasts or students — demonstrating movements and exercises. This is separate from Section 2 above, which concerns children as viewers and account holders. When a minor appears in our content, we only film and use their image with the prior written consent of their parent or legal guardian, given through a signed appearance and media release, which we keep on file.

For a featured minor, we may hold their image, likeness, and first name. We do not collect or publish a minor's last name, school, home address, contact details, or anything else that could reveal where the child lives or studies. We use this information only for the purposes the parent or guardian agreed to; we do not sell it, and we share it only with the service providers that host and deliver our content (such as Kajabi), or where required by law. We keep it only for as long as the related content is in use.

A parent or legal guardian may at any time ask to see the content featuring their child, correct information such as a misspelled first name, or withdraw consent and have the content removed, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time, though copies already downloaded or shared by others before removal may not be fully recoverable.
