Bookings made through third-party studios are subject to those studios' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those bookings or any disputes arising from them.

4. Account Registration

Some content (such as digital courses) requires you to register for an account on Kajabi, our hosting platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Purchases & Payment

Prices are listed on the Website in US Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe and Kajabi. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the amount displayed at checkout to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and update prices at any time before purchase.

In the event of a failed payment, access to digital products or services may be withheld or suspended until payment is successfully completed. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

Prices displayed do not include any local taxes, duties, or bank conversion fees that your card provider or bank may apply. These are your responsibility. We do not currently charge UAE VAT, but we reserve the right to add applicable taxes in the future in accordance with UAE law.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and course access pending resolution of the dispute.
