  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or book services through this Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

This Website is intended primarily for adults aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may access the Website with parental or guardian consent, but may not purchase products or book sessions without parental approval.

The Kids Movement Club provides content designed for children. It may only be purchased by, and the account may only be held by, a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who accepts these Terms on behalf of the child (see Section 7).

  1. Our Products & Services

Through this Website, we offer:

• Digital video programs available as a one-time purchase (for example, Mastering Your Front Splits); • Digital memberships available as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions, currently the Yoga & Movement Membership (for adults) and the Kids Movement Club (children's content, purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian); • Inquiries for 1-on-1 coaching and private sessions; • Inquiries for in-person and online live classes; • Information about studios and locations where Isa Galvao teaches in person, with links to book directly with those studios; • Inquiries for partnerships, campaigns, and retreats;

Bookings made through third-party studios are subject to those studios' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those bookings or any disputes arising from them.

  1. Account Registration

Some content (such as digital programs and memberships) requires you to register for an account on Kajabi, our hosting platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  1. Purchases & Payment

Prices are listed on the Website in US Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe and Kajabi. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the amount displayed at checkout to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and update prices at any time before purchase.

In the event of a failed payment, access to digital products or services may be withheld or suspended until payment is successfully completed. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

Prices displayed do not include any local taxes, duties, or bank conversion fees that your card provider or bank may apply. These are your responsibility. We do not currently charge UAE VAT, but we reserve the right to add applicable taxes in the future in accordance with UAE law.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and course access pending resolution of the dispute.   1. Memberships, Billing & Automatic Renewal

In addition to one-time purchase programs, we offer recurring memberships: the Yoga & Movement Membership (for adults) and the Kids Movement Club (children's content purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian). Memberships are available as monthly or annual subscriptions.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis:

• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew every month, annual plans renew every year — until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new period. • Your rate. The price in effect when you first subscribe continues to apply to your renewals for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, even if prices for new members increase. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses and you later re-subscribe, the then-current price applies. • Price changes. We may change membership prices for new members at any time. If a price change would ever apply to an existing subscriber, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies. • Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, we may cancel the subscription.

Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account on the Website or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current or past billing periods (see our Refund Policy). To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date, which is shown in your account.

Changes to membership content. Membership libraries change over time: we add new classes regularly and may retire, replace, or re-edit content. We do not guarantee that any specific class will remain available for the duration of a subscription. If we permanently discontinue an entire membership product, active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice, and annual subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of their term.

  1. Kids Movement Club — Additional Terms

• Adults purchase; children participate. The Kids Movement Club provides movement classes designed for children. Only an adult aged 18 or over who is the child's parent or legal guardian may purchase the membership, hold the account, and accept these Terms. The account holder is responsible for all use of the account. • Parental supervision. Classes are designed to be age-appropriate and safe for home practice. Children should practice in a clear, safe space, and we recommend adult supervision, particularly for younger children and for skills such as handstands and bridges. You are responsible for judging whether an activity is suitable for your child. • Not medical advice. Content is general movement and fitness instruction. Please consult a doctor before your child begins if they have any medical condition, injury, or other special circumstances. • No direct interaction with children. Our content is pre-recorded. We do not knowingly communicate directly with children; all account communication is with the adult account holder.

  1. Email Marketing & Mailing List

By purchasing a product, booking a service, or signing up for a free resource through this Website, you may be added to our email mailing list operated via Kajabi.

You consent to receiving:

• educational content related to yoga, movement, breathwork, and wellness; • information about new products, courses, promotions, and events; • transactional messages related to your purchases and account.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails related to active purchases or subscriptions cannot be opted out of while your account or access is active.

• One-time purchase programs: unless stated otherwise on the product page, access is granted for an unlimited time, subject to the continued availability of the platform. • Memberships: access continues for as long as your subscription remains active and paid. When a subscription ends or is cancelled, access ends at the close of the billing period you have already paid for.

  1. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in a separate Refund Policy document, available on the Website and at checkout. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property
