How do I access the membership after joining?
Right after your payment, you'll get an email with your login details. Just sign in to your account on isagalvao.com and the entire library is there — ready to stream anytime.
Can I watch from any device?
Yes — phone, tablet, laptop or TV (via cast or AirPlay). Your library lives in your account, so wherever you sign in, your practices are there.
Is this just yoga?
No. The membership covers five kinds of training: yoga flows, tutorials, strength & conditioning, breathwork, and mobility & flexibility. Yoga is the foundation, but the library is much bigger than that — built to support a full movement practice.
What level do I need to be?
Any level. Every practice includes cues, modifications and options so beginners can start where they are and experienced practitioners can deepen the work. You'll grow with the library, not be left behind by it.
How long is each session?
It varies by category. Yoga flows usually run 20 to 45 minutes, breathwork and mobility sessions tend to be shorter, and tutorials are as long as the skill needs. There's something quick for busy days and longer sessions when you want to settle in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no commitment, no contract. You can cancel from your account in one click. If you're on the monthly plan, you stop the next charge. On the yearly plan, you keep access until the year ends.
How often is new content added?
New content is added every month — across all five categories. The sessions are filmed in advance, sequenced thoughtfully, and added regularly so you always have something fresh to come back to.
How is this different from a one-off program?
A program teaches you one specific skill or sequence. The membership is your ongoing movement library — yoga, tutorials, conditioning, breathwork and mobility, all in one place, growing every month. It's the home of your daily practice, not a finish line.
What happens if I take a break and come back later?
If you cancel and re-join later, you'll get the price available at that time. Joining now and staying locks in your current rate — and you'll have access to everything added since you started.
Is the membership different from your other programs?
Yes. My standalone programs (Nauli Kriya, Hip Opener Flow, Front Splits, Kick Up to Handstand) are one-time purchases that teach a specific skill in depth. The membership is your ongoing movement library — flows, tutorials, conditioning, breathwork and mobility. They complement each other, but the membership doesn't include the standalone programs.
